Job Summary


Responsible for the overall efficient and effective management, supervision and administration of the industrial parks planning team.

Direct and supervise the industrial parks planning team to conduct and prepare technical, social and economical feasibility study reports for the industrial parks development projects.

Direct and supervise the Planning team to prepare technical and financial proposals.

Direct and supervise the project design team to prepare business development tools.

Assist the industrial park planning director in all industrial parks related issues

Duties & Responsibilities

Responsible for the overall supervision of IPDD planning staff.
Develop long, medium and short term industrial parks development plans for IPDD.
Conduct site visit, meetings with Provincial Government authorities and donors communities to assess, evaluate and plan establishment of new industrial parks.
Prepare concept papers and fund request proposals.
Establish good relations with the donor’s community and the relevant ministries for fund raising for the industrial parks development projects.
Prepare rules, regulations, tools and implementation plans for IPDD.
Prepare the projects implementation progress reports to the Ministry of Economy, Ministry of Finance etc.
Manage and administer the day-by-day operations to ensure the effective implementation of the programs.
Prepare project risk identification and risk management plans.
Ensuring Staff and team are meeting the organizational goals.
Supports the implementation of best practice guidelines in all its operational planning and implementation.
Assist in strengthening technical and management capacity of IPDD staff.
Any other duties assigned by Management

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration

Strong communication skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a command of business English.
Ability to organize, prioritize and perform multiple tasks to complete job functions in an orderly and efficient manner within established deadlines
Ability to work independently and exhibit good judgment and initiative in performing job functions, seeking new ways to improve office procedures
