Modern Boost Technology (MBT), one of Afghanistan’s leading companies in software development, digital services, and telecommunication solutions, is seeking to hire 70 experienced instructors across various academic disciplines and school subjects. This initiative aims to expand educational content on our platform, www.mbtelm.com, through the recording of high-quality video courses in our professional studio.

Job Summary

We are seeking knowledgeable and engaging Instructors to deliver high-quality educational content across various academic and school subjects. The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise, effective communication skills, and the ability to present lessons clearly in video format. Responsibilities include preparing course materials, collaborating with the content and media teams, and contributing to the development of our online learning platform.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Teach academic or school subjects through clear, engaging, and structured video lectures suitable for online learners.
2. Develop lesson plans, lecture notes, and supporting materials aligned with curriculum standards.
3. Work closely with content officers, curriculum developers, and media teams to ensure the educational content is accurate and well-presented.
4. Present course content confidently and professionally in front of the camera during scheduled studio time.
5. Design or assist in creating visual teaching aids and slides to enhance learner understanding and retention.
6. Ensure that all content is factually correct, up-to-date, and relevant to the subject area.
7. Modify traditional teaching approaches to suit digital platforms, focusing on clarity, pacing, and student engagement.
8. Review and provide feedback on recorded content and make revisions as needed based on quality assurance input.
9. Continuously update subject knowledge and integrate innovative methods to improve the learning experience.
10. Ensure all materials comply with academic standards and promote ethical, inclusive learning practices.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of teaching experience in a university discipline or school subject
• Ability to deliver content clearly, fluently, and in an easily understandable manner through educational videos
• Familiarity with modern teaching methods and educational technologies
• Capability to collaborate with the technical and production teams in content development
