Job Summary

The intern will be responsible for different tasks and activities related to the asset verification process.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Physical verification of all assigned technical assets at AWCC premises.
• Assign the proper tagging to the verified assets.
• After the physical verification, prepare a report showing all the available assets, their status, locations, and custody.
• Provide support to the team to receive the reports on time.
• Revise and improve verification tools, including documents, templates, and reports.
• Report all the missing and unfound assets.
• In close consultation with the team, identify and recommend all assets that need to be disposed of due to their damaged or very old conditions.
• Any other task assigned by the line manager.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subject.
• Knowledge of the relevant field and familiarity with technical equipment.
• Knowledge of English Language.
• Accountability/Reporting skills.
• Good communication ability.
• Adequate computer skills.
• Passion for Excellence, integrity, and Teamwork.
• Customer Focus.
