Job Summary

The possibility of an internship in one of our offices in Afghanistan always depends on the current workload in the offices and the qualifications and expectations of the applicant. Normally, we do not have specific descriptions and/or timeframes/deadlines for the internships.

According to our regulation, we will hire female candidates as internship in Kabul ,Nangarhar, Jawzjan, Samangan Offices.

Duties & Responsibilities

Weekly Plan
Human Resources Department will provide weekly schedule for internship candidates in below departments (2 Days per week)

Logistic Dept
Administrative Task

Receives and screens visitors and telephone calls
Writing and dispatching routine or straightforward letters, answering general queries by telephone, Photocopying and scan documents, Sorting and opening post.
Final Candidates is responsible to oversees the database, ensures that system records are accurately recorded and cross-checked.
Maintaining records, filing systems and computer files and ordering stationery and greet public and clients and direct them to the correct staff member

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Education Requirement
Bachelor in related professional field (Accounting/BBA/Economics)
Good English language knowledge in written and verbal Communication, and fluency in Dari and or Pashto.

Good mathematical skills
