Duties & Responsibilities
Checking Auction Accounts.
following sale tax issues.
tracking pending cases with customers, Auction, and Internal Departments.
Creating and checking Auction accounts.
Emailing and WhatsApp Group Monitoring (Customers and Departments).
Customer Cases follow-up with other Internal Departments.
Provides quality management services to all internal departments.
Arrangements of Monthly Reports (Quality Management, Customer Visit Report, Visit arrangement and case follow-up, etc.).
Creating Invoices and weekly and monthly clearance department reports. ∙ Internal Departments report tracking and maintaining monthly Profit and loss reports.
Communicate customer issues with the operation team including resolving problems and complaints.
Preparing & updating the exit paper tracking sheet.
Take care of all outbound and inbound calls.
Call the drivers regarding the storage as soon as receiving the storage reports from the Account department and call auctions for car details pick up dates and storage.
Respond immediately to the customer’s emails, reply to their questions, and update the vehicles on dispatch and PGL system.
Take care of all the storage and contact the customers to make the payment. ∙ preparing inventories and sending them to customers through emails and WhatsApp. ∙ answering the phone calls to assist the customers.
Using load boards, calling, emailing to find and book loads and negotiating the rate
Categorize chase, payments, and transactions.
journalizing the transactions and releasing containers, discussion with shipping lines. ∙ Rates provided for customers, shipping rates, booking rates, loading rates, half-cut rates, and dismantling rates.
Making the invoices and checking the payments.
Preparing the balance sheets and records for all daily transactions.
Process invoices and reconcile bank statements
Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Assist with budget preparation.
updating internal systems with financial data.
Tracking bank deposits and payments.
keeping records of all financial transactions.
Double-check of financial transactions
Coordinating found issues with related departments.
Follow up on all unpaid dues of customers.
preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Software development and database management.
System design and architecture.
Debugging and issue resolution.
Testing and quality assurance.
Version control and code review and mentorship.
Front-end development (web/mobile).
Plan and coordinate load schedules to optimize resource utilization and meet customer delivery requirements.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of shipping documents, including bills of lading and customs documents.
Research on how to promote our warehousing project better.

Job Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Sciences, Finance, English Department, etc.
Languages
Fluency in English, Urdu, Pashto, Dari, Arabic, and Russian.
