Performance Indicators
1. Submit Monthly Action plan by 2-3rd each month to Admin Manager
2. Submit Monthly Activity Report by 2-3rd of each month to Admin Manager
3. All field offices are visited at least 1-2 per year
4. 90% of tasks with deadlines are accomplished
5. Management requirement regarding inventory lists should be fulfilled within specified period of time
6. All sub offices updated inventory list should be available in main office
7. Inventory lists should be updated on daily bases
8. 100% of labeling/tagging (inventory coding) should be correct and recorded properly
9. Physical inventory of all equipments/furniture should be conducted on monthly
10. All inventory dislocations should go through SAF approved policy and recorded properly
A-General responsibilities
• Act according to the policy of SAF
• Keep confidential with issues related to SAF
• Develop Spirit of co-operation and understanding among members of the team.
B-Specific responsibilities
• Responsible to maintain a proper inventory record of all SAF expandable and non expendable items.
• Responsible to ensure proper documentation of all equipment/furniture being issued to or returned by SAF staff.
• Responsible to establish and maintain a standard system to ensure precise tracking of SAF equipment/furniture.
• To ensure proper inventory of all equipment/furniture being transferred to or received from site office or other agencies.
• Responsible to conduct physical inventory of all equipments/furniture on monthly and quarterly basis.
• To ensure that no equipment/furniture are moved internally or externally without the prior knowledge of inventory assistant and approval and approval of respective supervisor.
• Responsible to ensure that incident report is original and necessary approval is obtained for any damage/lost property before replacement if provided.
• Maintain proper filling system, both in soft and hard copies, for all inventory related documents.
• Responsible to ensure labeling/tagging (inventory coding) of newly purchased equipment/furniture
• Responsible to inspect all goods upon receipt properly and ensure its proper storage and documentation thereafter.
• Responsible to ensure that all inventory related transaction are recorded and reported properly and all necessary supporting documents are retained accordingly.
• Perform any other related duty assigned by line manager
• High School graduate and academic/professional qualification is preferred
• Minimum of 1- 2 years experience in relevant field
• Able to speak/read/write Pashto, Dari and English
• Good interpersonal and communication skills,
• Excellent computer skills, Microsoft Office Package
• Excellent time management skills
