Job Summary

Western ISP is looking for expert ISP Technical Support Engineer. As the applicant show high performance and qualification in the selection process, he can be selected as ISP Technical Team Leader

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for troubleshooting and supporting all Giganor LAN WAN network & users' devices.
  • Responsible for installing and configuring new base station support technical team in the field.
  • Responsible for supporting Wireless internal and external customers.
  • Responsible for supporting Customer care technical team technical problems.
  • Installation, configuration & deployment of all network and customer wireless equipment.
  • Responsible for preparation of network diagram planning and graph to customers.
  • Managing stocks of equipment, consumables and other technical team works.
  • Responsible for providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
  • Responsible for network troubleshooting, support technical team solve technical issues.
  • Support technical team arrange a team for installation troubleshooting manage the professional team.

Job Requirements

A bachelor's degree in IT/ BCS Honor is required.

Excellent verbal & written communication skills & customer relation skills.

Extremely customer service oriented.

Minimum of 2 or 3 Years of professional experience in the IT field with ISP companies.

Capable of utilizing hand tools and test equipment o perform work.

Ability to work independently and resourceful with god imitative and discipline.

Willing to work nights & weekends when necessary.

Should have a pleasant personality

Should be hardworking, sincere, honest, dedicated, and self-achiever.
