Job Summary

ISP Sales Agent position with Kabul Skyscraper Services “KSS”

Duties & Responsibilities

·        Understanding the ISP and business solutions needs of small-to-medium and large business customers.

·        Collaborating with IT, Network, Finance, and other stakeholders to meet customer expectations.

·        Meeting sales and revenue targets.

·        Generating and following up on business leads and sales opportunities.

·        Conducting product demonstrations and arranging meetings with clients.

·        Swiftly responding to sales inquiries and providing information.

·        Identifying potential target customers through market research.

·        Coordinating internet promotions and developing strategies to attract new customers.

·        Creating various status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and goal adherence.

·        Developing marketing action plans and maintaining customer databases and sales records.

·        Checking daily tenders for ISP-related project opportunities and preparing bid documents.

·        Mapping ISP business potential customers for their service requirements.

·        Conducting regular market visits to offer ISP products and conduct door-to-door marketing/sales.

·        Coordinating with relevant organizations to send out and follow up on quotes and proposals.

·        Following up with ISP clients for advance payment processes.

·        Performing tasks assigned by the line manager.

 

Job Requirements

·        Minimum of Bachelor degree from a four-year college or university preferred (Business-related field, BCS, ICT or telecom engineering).

·        Strong sales experience of ISP and ICT/Business Solutions.

·        Rich understanding of ISP solutions provided by Telecom and ISP Companies.

·        Rich Technical knowledge of ISP and Business solutions, i.e. Connectivity/E1, IP bandwidth, Bulk SMS, M2M, Data SIMs, Call center, PABX, short codes routing and hosting

·        Informative with a high level of verbal & written communication skills.

·        Ability to multitask, as well as work efficiently and effectively within required deadlines.

·        Ability to learn quickly and apply that knowledge, along with the ability to work in a team environment is required.

·        Strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism

·        Ability to operate in a diverse multicultural, multinational work environment & exhibiting appropriate sensitivities.

·        Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team – especially in complex and ambiguous work environments.

·        Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of ownership and accuracy on all work activities.

·        Can adapt and operate within a high-performance culture.
