Duties & Responsibilities

1. The incumbent is responsible to operate and maintain different Apple devices i.e. I Pad.
2. The incumbent is responsible to update the devices regularly.
3. The incumbent is responsible to install and configure different Apple Devices.
4. The incumbent is responsible to troubleshoot Apple operating systems and application issues.
5. The incumbent is responsible to provide support to the user community including identifying,researching and resolving technical problems.
6. The incumbent is responsible to install approved software releases, system upgrades,etc.
7. The incumbent is responsible to perform hardware and software maintenance duties.
8. The incumbent is responsible to assemble and configure network components.
9. The incumbent is responsible to perform other IT Functions as assigned by the IT Manager.

Job Requirements

1. As a minimum qualification the incumbent must be a Graduate from a recognized University in IT related field (BCS).
2. The incumbent must possess minimum of 3 years of working experience in related field at respectable Institutions at various levels.
3. The incumbent is expected to be prompt service, Proactive and courteous and must be familiar with Apple OS and softwares.
4. The incumbent must have at least level 3 English language knowledge and must have good interpersonal and communication Skills.
