Job Summary

• Installation of hardware and software for offices and branches
• Maintain computer systems and equipment
• Diagnose, Troubleshoot, and Repair Issues that may interfere with the daily functions of a business
• Provide support to any members of organization who needs computer-related technical assistance

Duties & Responsibilities

·       Familiar to work with Mikrotik Devices and winbox software

·       Make sure all security aspects, setting and configurations (like Firewall Rules, Mac Filtering, SSL settings, Encryption, Authentications, IP to user Mapping

·       Troubleshoot Internet and resolve ISP customer daily issues

·       Monitor and maintain smooth operation and minor configurations of network devices

·       Troubleshoot WAN/LAN networks in real time while maintaining high system availability.

·       Creating network from Zero (Cabling, setup of servers, Routers, AP)

·       Maintain and mange Wireless Routers, Access points, Firewalls, VPNs and Monitoring tools.

·       Review logs of network devices record and report suspicious activities.

·       Installs and configures computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners

·       Ensure proper maintenance of computers peripherals, printer, networking, internet & e-mail, security, data backup and recovery

·       Assist Staff to install software, network, internet, email, printer and update antivirus for all head office and branches.

·       maintenance support IT system at regional Office and Branches

·       Train and guide user on using new software, PC maintenance and troubleshoot.

·       Develop and maintain system recovery plans in the event of power failure, damage to systems, etc.

·       Perform software/firmware updates.

·       Designing and advising on marketing materials for social media and printing

·       Help with marketing team for out of office Advertising

·       Assisting and support on organization website development and data entering

·       Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

·       Maintain the security and confidentiality of data and passwords.

·       need to perform core network device initial installations

·       Conduct research and make recommendations on network products, services, protocols, and standards in support of network procurement and development efforts.

·       Participates as a member of the IT management team in planning, problem resolution, and reviewing department performance and new project.

·       Ensure daily activities are compliant with IT Policies and Procedures.

·       share knowledge and help others to develop

·       Supervise junior IT staff and ensure quality services and support delivery.

·       Set up and monitor contracts if required with external suppliers for the provision of ICT technical support and services.

·       Oversee purchase, installation, configuration, and maintenance of user application software, operating system software, and internet communication systems within the computer network of the organization.

·       Maintain network devices, Laptop, PC and printer documentation for IT Inventory

·      troubleshoot Security Camera System (DVR, NVR)

Job Requirements

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or/and Adobe Illustrator

Fluent typing in Dari and English

Familiar with DVR/NVR Systems

Mobile System Troubleshooting (Android, IOS)

being available to response 24/7

Ability to work as a team member
