Job Summary

IT Technicion with Rahanet ISP

Duties & Responsibilities

•   Installing and configuring of Mikrotik components, Cisco components, UBNT devices, Wireless Access points, Wireless PTPs, Routers, Switches, Servers, CCTV, Network Printers and other network related components.

•   Troubleshooting network and wireless links issues.

•   Repairing or replacing damaged network components.

•   Upgrading the entire devices to ensure performance.

•   Providing IT support to customers and establishing good relationships with them.

•   Installation and configuration of firewall, web filtering, packet filtering and bandwidth management.

•   Reporting to the managements of daily activities.

•   Work more times in case of force majeure. 

Job Requirements

•   Graduated from recognized BCS faculty or any other related field

•   Mikrotik MTCNA Skills.

•   Knowledge of Network+

•   Knowledge of Cisco CCNA is in advantageous.

•   Familiar with UBNT devices and configuration.

•   Experience in relevant field is advantageous.

•   Ability to work as an active member of the organization.

•   To be flexible, having positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.

•   Ability for travel to other provinces (Herat mostly).

•   Good interpersonal skills

•   Attention to detail.

•   Good problem-solving skills.

•   Adaptability
