Job Summary

Duties & Responsibilities

 Development of hotline set up plan for migration project and for ACR project
 Development of hotline management plan for operation
 Set up and manage hotline/IVRSMS system as per requirement
 Coordination with Mobile network in order to set up and synch the short code
 Responsible for Developing Strategy for promotion of hotline and feedback as well as reporting
 Set up IVR system for Equal Access within VIAMO or any other platform
 Coordination for all procedures of hotline and IVR with relevant mobile network companies in Afghanistan
 Development of ideas for better hotline and IVR operation
 Participation on technology based meetings with primes and donors
 Provide Advise, and support Equal Access team for better utilization of IVR and Hotline
 Integrating usage of technology in Equal Access Radio programing, Mobile theater
 Conducting beneficiaries surveys with IVR
 Capacity building for Equal Access M&E team in term of using technology effectively
 Working closely with hotline officers to report according to demand of the projects
 Support Equal Access team to improve usage of technology in current projects
 Design and activate appropriate dashboards methodology for different aspects of work as per need and request by projects.
 Manage the dashboards and build EA’s capacity for the operating the dashboards for projects as per need and projects schedule.
 Work for IVRSMS reporting system to cover all required areas demanded by projects/donors, as outlined in strategy.
 Provide technical support and review of the IVRSMS strategy, especially on the implementation guideline.
 Train staff and partners on understanding concept and technicality of IVRSMS, its implementation, monitoring and analyzing the report.
 Support in developing IVRSMS themes/SMS considering the different segments as direct targets, beneficiaries of IVRSMS.
 Any other support in relation to IVRSMS activities that will pop up in the course of project implementation
 Any other task assigned by EAA

Job Requirements

 Bachelor or higher (Preferred)
 Ability to plan/organize the work
 Flexibility
 Knowledge and Fluency of Dari, Pashto and English languages
 Report writing knowledge and skills (Preferred)
