The duties and responsibilities are given below,
1.Acquiring potential clients for M-Paisa salary disbursements
2.Negotiating and closing deals with new clients – KPI’s
3.Coordination with legal with regards to contracts and MoU’s
4.Lifecycle management of old and new clients
5.Management of daily operational facets of each strategic project dealing with key accounts in salary
6.Project lead in implementation of program from A to Z on ground.
7.Key liaison between clientele, team members, and superiors.
8.Responsible for communicating and working/scheduling with Agent Network.
9.Scheduling training and registration with Training Manager.
10.Assisting with product & operations issues with Gov’t and Donor clients.
11.Working with marketing to implement marketing plans
12.Assist with the preparation of monthly reports for management and quarterly business plan report updates for each segment by maintaining schedules.
13.Assist with the creation of a monthly report to distribute to all in SPM’s which highlights items that may impact the practices.
14.Assist in the collection of data and track progress made by all Gov’t and Donor projects throughout the year.
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
1.Bachelor’s Degree or post secondary education.
2.Demonstration of continuing education through courses, seminars, and or personal development.
NATIONALITY
1.Local National
3.Customer relationship and sales experience.
4.Project management experience or equivalent
5.Proven experience in people management
6.Proven experience in strategic planning
7.Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
8.Proven experience in risk management
9.Ability to write analytical reports and create implementation processes.

1.Proven track record of being a team player.
2.Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills required.
3.Superior time management skills with ability to prioritize and organize.
4.Strong work ethic and the ability to handle stress and work under pressure and tight deadlines
5.Written and spoken fluency in English, Pashto and Dari languages is highly desired

OMPUTER SKILLS
1.Presentation skills using Microsoft PowerPoint
