Job Summary

The Land Lease Coordinator will act as a change agent in the land lease department and will have the responsibility of coordinating different tasks and responsibilities of different units of the land lease directorate. He /she will be reporting directly to the land lease director and to the Arazi Director General (D.G)/CEO.

Duties & Responsibilities

Contribute in institutional development of the department.
Develop / Participate in development of procedures, manuals and other strategic documents of the department and Arazi.
Act as a change agent at the respective directorate and actively report on the progresses to the D.G (CEO)
Act as a focal point for the entity.
Assist the land respective directorate in its annual and strategic plans’ implementation.
Actively participate in preparing reports and presentations for the conferences, BoD meetings and any other meetings.
Performs any other tasks and assignments as required and instructed

Job Requirements

Minimum a degree in B.B.A, Law, Management.
Masters Degree in Public Policy, Law, and M.B.A will be given preference.
