Job Summary

To ensure training programs and implemented as planned & scheduled by regular communication & coordination with the stakeholders and L&D team.

Duties & Responsibilities

Trainings

-         Facilitation of training programs (In-house, Local & International)

-         Prepare the overall resources to ensure a smooth start of the program with regular check-ins, evaluation of the sessions and closure of it with a satisfactory feedback and report.

-         Support L&D Manager where needed for the annual AML/CFT training programs.

-         Make sure to coordinate the administrative part of all in-house, Local & International trainings according to the training plan and schedule in a proactive manner.


Communication

-         Effectively and responsibly communicate training related issues with training providers and employees.

-         Communicate course requirements with trainers, facilitates, learners and external suppliers with agreed timelines.

-         Remain an approachable person as a point of contact for all training related programs.

Coordination

-      Arrange, schedule trainers, venues, travel, accommodation and facilities for L&D events, within agreed timescale.

-      Managing resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors and provide facilitation for training delivery by them.

-      Reservation of training rooms, and follow up with arrangements.

-      Perform any other duty related to trainings assigned by head of L&D.

Job Requirements

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS       

-      Bachelor Degree in related field.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

-      Preferably 2-3 years’ experience in coordination of trainings, banking experience would be considered as an asset.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

-      Strong Communication and interpersonal skill

-      Effective organizational skills with the ability to priorities and adapt to changing demand

-      Familiarity with business software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

-      The ability of work accurately, with attention to details

-      High level of integrity and ability to recognize and correct mistakes and maintain continuous improvements

-      Discretion, with an understanding of the need for confidentiality at all times.

-      Good office based admin skills.

-      Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
