Job Summary

Legal Affairs Manager

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Providing management with effective legal advice on business issues and company strategies.
2. Selecting and overseeing the work of outside counsel; drafting and editing complex commercial agreements; ensuring the company operates in compliance with applicable laws and regulations; and helping prepare briefs, complaints, motions and other court documents.
3. Heading the legal department to deal company's all legal matters. Coordinate with HR department to align all the company policies as per the labor law. Liaison with all the Govt department and represent Company in our legal matters

Job Requirements

1. Having Law Degree
2. At least five years of legal experience at a private practice and/or an in-house legal department.
3. Office May also Prefer experience managing the legal function of a company and overseeing outside legal counsel.
4. Having ability to handle confidential matters with discretion, integrity and ethics, business acumen.
5. Excellent legal and communications skills, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and negotiation skills.
