Job Summary
JSSP Gender Justice Assistance Section (GJAS) - Legal Translator
Duties & Responsibilities
Assist GJAS departments in translation of the project documents
Simultaneous verbal interpretation during high level meeting- sessions and conferences
Perform other duties as required by his/her supervisor or Translation Manager.
Job Requirements
At least 4 years of professional experience in financial and legal documents translation
Must be a high school graduate, having relevant bachelor degree will highly be preferred
Excellent fluency in English, Pashto and Dari, verbal and written, is required;
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Pashto and Dari languages;
Excellent team working abilities with an innate diplomacy
Be able to carry out deadline-driven tasks and meet the deadlines
Must have computer literacy and work experience in software applications (MS Office)
