The overall support logistics management and support other Department

Duties & Responsibilities

• Daily logistics supporting arrangements and procedural actions for projects
• Procurement of items from local suppliers or elsewhere as appropriate, as guided by Logistics Manager, and as per the guidelines.
• Daily stock management as per procedures and paper trail described in Logistics Manual
• Management of transporting supplies to and from your location and handling supply chain system in your respective section
• Communications systems management as per procedures
• Liaison with local authorities as appropriate for the benefit of ATL
• Make and proper delivery note for every equipments and materials.
• Do procurement for main office and fields office projects.
• Any other duties assigned by your line manager

Job Requirements

 Minimum three (3) years progressively responsible working experience within a large organization, preferably for-profit, in the field of logistic Assistant, or other related fields.
 Graduate university with specialized certification in Business/Public Administration or related would be desirable.
 Ability to work in a team, ability to work under pressure to meet the deadlines and excellent interpersonal skills are required.
 Experience in working with large NGOs, or International organizations would be an advantage.
 Minimum 3 years of experience working in logistic Assistant is required.
 Fluency in written and spoken English, Dari and Pashto.
 Solid computer skills hard ware and soft ware (Ms Office etc.).
 Good team work and interpersonal Skills.
