MFS "Mobile Financial Services" Sales and Distribution manager will be responsible for all MFS sales & distribution activities across Afghanistan. Individual in this position is responsible to manage and lead MTN Mobile Money sales regional team performance & daily activities & meet MoMo BP RGS30 targets.
ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS:
- Strong solid understands of sales & distribution operations.
- Managing sales & distribution regional team effectively and monitor their daily activities and KPIs.
- Manage MoMo distribution channel deployment, managing agent network and field activations.
- Identifying channel & agents pain points and address them with practically and effective way.
- Responsible for achieving RGS30 & revenue targets as per BP.
- Ensure new commission designs are in line with MoMo Business Unit strategy and BP.
- Monitor and evaluate distributer’s & agent’s performance on an on-going basis & insure their compliance.
- Ensure prompt resolution of identified sales channels issues
- Prepare and generate sales reports & performance dashboard in line with BP.
- Provide channels and agents training and information FAQs on our new products and services.
- Develop new sales channels and partners
- Monitor and track the competition offering and their sales activities and report back to MFS GM & product and marketing team
- Work & coordinate with relevant departments like MFS Marketing department, technology, finance, CC & marketing communication.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team – especially in complex and ambiguous work environments.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of ownership and accuracy on all work activities.
- Can adapt and operate within a high-performance culture.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred (Business-related field or telecom engineering).
- Relevant work experience in Sales & Distribution.
- Ability to build a business case and financial impact for proposed commission revamp / design.
- Informative with a high level of verbal & written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, as well as work efficiently and effectively within required deadlines.
- The ability to learn quickly and apply that knowledge, along with the ability to work in a team environment is required.
- Strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism
- Ability to operate in a diverse multicultural, multinational work environment & exhibiting appropriate sensitivities.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, creative & self motivated.
