Job Summary

The Marketing and Communication Manager is responsible for ensuring that the Marketing and Communication activities are properly connected. He /She should also be able to understand the business to come up with effective marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. Under the scope of this position the incumbent is responsible for developing, implementing, and execution programs in Marketing Communications and media strategy that assists in promotion and awareness of the brand (ATL/BTL/TTL). The incumbent is to deliver marketing and brand communications to all relevant internal/external stakeholders and creative agencies. He/she will have to present and distribute the draft content with key stakeholders and ensure gets it reviewed by quality check committee to ensure producing of user-friendly and quality content suiting the user/and clientele base of FMFB-A.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Developing, implementing, and execution programs in Marketing Communications and media strategy that assists in promotion and awareness of the brand (ATL/BTL/TTL).
  • Deliver marketing and brand communications to all relevant internal/external stakeholders and creative agencies.
  • Develop content for marketing and advertisements required for social media, billboard and any adverts and follow the required approval as per BDM Policy.
  • Enquire communication requirements, create a timeline/content plan and execute for GTM creatives and contents.
  • Draft and propose a creative direction in alignment with Brand strategy, Business Direction, and go-to-market plans by respective the Head of departments.
  • Propose themes, storyboards, scripts, messages, brochures, radio ads, and work with internal communications.
  • Implement frameworks, checklists, and calendar of content for action and evaluating the effectiveness of communication activities.
  • Meet potential partners/media for marketing collaboration and create promotion ideas.
  • Enforce and embrace brand guidelines in trademarks, logos, and publications.
  • Identify brand-building ideas and ensure brand communication for areas of responsibility are consistent with the company and brand positioning.
  • Leverage customer insight and refine, develop brand management, track brand budget for creative development.
  • Create/enhance partner, agency relationships and attend tradeshows, conferences, and market visits as required by the business to fulfill brand requirements.
  • Evaluate the performance and effectiveness of marketing approaches in terms of attractiveness for clients.
  • Suggest improvements and evaluate how FMFB-A marketing approaches are different from the other competitors’ approaches.
  • Present and distribute the draft content with key stakeholders and ensure gets it reviewed by quality check committee.

Job Requirements

  • Must have a relevant degree in Marketing Management or Journalism, Business, Communication, literature, or equivalent is required and master degree will be preferable.
  • Having a certification in Digital Marketing would be a plus point.
  • Must have over 5 years of work experiences in a banking/telecom/media especially in the area of production/marketing/communication.
  • Previous working experience in area of communication/ marketing in an international organization is an advantage.
  • Experience in digital marketing, strategic planning, result-oriented based marketing management, and reporting.
  • Good interpersonal skills, people management, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English / local language and excellent written communication skills while speaking.
  • Ability to work in a complex environment with multiple tasks short deadlines and intense pressure to perform.
