Job Summary

Marketing

Duties & Responsibilities


To establish & maintain the M&E procedures & plans for the succesfull program implementation

To oversee benchmarks, reporting & the communication functions of the program which includes managing the M&E staff.

Responsible to monitor the Afghanpharma sales agencies all over Afghanistan for the monitoring & evaluation of the business activities

Responsible to identify the gaps in the Afghanpharma marketing & sales activities by visiting the sales agencies

Collaborate closely with Marketing staff & Country brand managers in developing M&E system that serve the need of the program & establish monitoring and evaluation system using M&E Toolkit;

Design the M&E tools and forms; survey design, methodology & data analysis

Develop data collection procedures using the Afghanpharma M&E checklists;

Oversee internal communication on M&E progress and results;

Responsible to maintain & update a record of the Afghanpharma top customers & products.

Build the capacity of all relevant team members to develop & maintain an excellent M&E system, including the periodic reflection & analysis of program monitoring data

Oversee M&E database setup and management;

Conduct qualitative and quantitative data analyses;

Draft M&E reports for the Deputy - Sales & Marketing;

Frequent travel to other provinces outside Kabul for the monitoring for field activities on regularly basis

Keeping track of all Afghanpharma products & activities and regular updates from the market in the field of Sales & Marketing

Any other task as assigned by the management

Job Requirements


Bachelor in relevant field with at least 5 years experiences on Marketing and M&E

Strong communication skills, with excellent written and spoken English, Dari & Pashto

Confident and proficient in the use of MS Office

Experience of establishing strong working relationships with colleagues from different functions and cultures

Experience of a flexible approach to managing and prioritising a high workload and multiple tasks in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines

Experience of proactively identifying and addressing issues

An understanding of and commitment to Afghanpharma mission and values

Experience with enterprise software solutions and large, complex organizations.

Extensive experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management.

Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.

Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.

Proven leadership and ability to drive sales & marketing teams.
