Kakar Printing & Packages Co Quality printing has been established in a privately owned Company registered and operating under the laws of Ministry of Industry & Commerce Afghanistan having license Number D-34334 and Tax Identification Number (TIN) 9009158271.We have made rapid strides in the field of packaging, commercial printing, paper converting, paper trading, used equipment trading established since 2010 in Afghanistan. 

Job Summary

The Marketing Manager  is responsible for overseeing a team of marketing within the marketing department. He is also responsible the implementation of marketing campaigns and to Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers.

Duties & Responsibilities

o  Creating & managing the marketing campaigns

o  Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.

o  Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers

o  Supervise the marketing team and ensure the workflow coordination between units, from research,

o  creation, and production to media/activities planning and implementation.

o  Arrange, coordinate and manage the media coverage for any significant.

o  Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.

o  Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends.

o  Produce valuable and engaging content for KKP  website and social media.

o  Prospecting, generating leads and increasing the number of active customers.

o  Addressing any customer queries and guiding them with their orders decisions. 

o  Supporting the Sales & Marketing manager in overseeing the department’s operations.

o  Visiting current and prospective customers on daily basis.

 Any other identical task assigned by the management of the company from time to time

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, sales (preferred)

 2+ years experience in marketing related roles

 Proven track record of good performance

Understanding Printing and Packaging trend and demands

 A drive to reach sales and service goals

 Excellent organizational and leadership skills

 Language command on Pashto, Dari and English language

 Good proficiency in computer programs
