Job Summary

Marketing is an essential part of an advertisement service and NOORIN is providing the best advertisement services for the people so the main concentration of marketing officer will increasing the sales of the organization as much as possible so that the business could reach its own goals and objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities

Promote Company growth Process

Develop a marketing plan and strategy for the organization.
ï‚· Identify and develop a sustainable relationship with vendors, donors and suppliers.
ï‚· Try to make the image of the organization in the mind of people.
ï‚· Allocate the annual marketing budgets on the marketing materials.
ï‚· Make sure that all marketing materials are in a consistent style and have the right logo and information.
ï‚· Periodic research and keeping market profile update
ï‚· Establish and maintain good relation with current and potential customers
ï‚· Represent Nai and attract potential customer for services
ï‚· Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made
ï‚· Develop publications which represent Nai sub office and will attract potential customer; and have knowledge of current activities
ï‚· Prepare monthly report of issue and submit to sub office manager
ï‚· Communicate service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to sub office staff.
ï‚· Having clear and business oriented effective communication with customers.

Job Requirements

Qualifications
• University degree relevant to the position.
• Overall 3-15 years experience.
• Technical and Designing skills.
Languages
• Dari, and English

Desirable Qualifications
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills.
• Excellent communication in English required.
• Experience in designing, implementing and advising on large corporate networks;
• The ability to communicate, negotiate, analyze, elaborate and present reports and statements
