Training Needs Assement of Health facilities
TNA(Training Need Assessment) of Health Facilities
Coordinating Training with Health Manager/MoPH/Stakeholders regarding to TNA
Coordinating Training with others professional Trainer
Planning the training sessions for trainee of the project.
Conducting the training sessions for trainers.
Prepare training/workshop hand outs and other related items and ensure their timely availability and distribution.
Arrange appropriate preparation & lay out of the training venue.
Prepare training schedule and monthly work plan and submit it to Project Manager.
Identify, understand and work-out learning objectives, training schedules and list of tools/materials to be used for training accordingly.
Establish effective working relationship with trainees and develop their confidence in a participative manner.
Impart trainings/workshop to the target group according to operation plan.
Give feed back on the training/workshop contents, process, progress and assessment to Project Manager and Country Director.
Conduction post training follow-up and monitoring activities in the provinces to support and evaluate the work of the health workers following their training.
Assist Supervision Team in effective monitoring and follow-up of the activities.
Plan, organize and assist the target group for the purpose of enhancing their capacity and skill building.
Prepare report of the training/workshop at the end of each session.
Regular updating or the training protocols, according to the MoPH standards.
Preparation and Conduction of pre and post training tests.
On-the-job training of staff and technical assistant to them in a regular basis.
Regular monitoring and evaluation of the training sessions, contents, and out comes.
Preparation of qualitative and quantitative report about the training sessions.
Prepare monthly CBHC progress report.
Prepare training reports based on requirement of organization.
Participating in Training of Trainers (ToT) sessions held by MoPH/ SSP and other stakeholders.
Any other task assigned by Project Manager
Graduated from Medical Faculty
At 3-4 years experience to the related Jobs
English and computer knowledge are required
3 years experience in related field
