Move Against Poverty of Women Organization (MAPWO) is a not-for-profit, non-political, and non-governmental humanitarian organization. MAPWO was established in 2016 to work alongside other national and international partners for provision of education, health, and other social services aiming to reach the most unreached and highly underserved pockets of the society and women empowerment focusing on alleviating the sufferings of the most vulnerable groups of the society in different community structures such as rural, urban, IDPs, returnees, etc. Since its establishment, MAPWO has worked hard to implement projects that ensure people’s access to quality and equitable education and health and other basic life services with focus on vulnerable group of society (women and girls).

The incumbent shall be responsible for:
1. The master trainer would be responsible for coordination of all training activities at provincial level planning budgeting quality control data collection conducting TOTs to project team.
2. Developing of training curriculums for CBE teachers, SMS as well as preparation of training plan, implementation and follow up on regular basis;
3. Conduct and deliver the training programs and ToTs at provincial and district level for education officers community mobilizers and CBE teachers.
4. Maintain fidelity to the program by presenting the curriculum according to the directions training and materials provided
5. Preparing on progress made and problem/challenges faced key points/findings following each training session and submitted to ensure best practices are adopted for future training;
6. Work closely with line supervisor on effective planning and implementation of the activities based on the approved work plan and assessment findings;
7. Prepare training evaluation report and coordinate trainings with relevant line department of (PED and DED) and lead partner as needed;
8. Check the quality of teachers’ training materials (handouts trainer guides banner and posters) methodologies agenda time management and preparations for those trainings which are going to be conducted by project team;
9. Training the teachers/Trainers/Supervisors and other project related staff in
a. Planning and Scheduling for trainings
b. Organizing a training workshop (logistics, finances, venue, refreshment etc)
c. Preparing/designing the training materials and its use
d. Deliver training for teacher, project staff, community mobilizers and other related staff
e. Pre and post evaluation of the trainees for each training and reporting the synthesis of this exercise to the provincial program Manager and QPEP project Manager.
f. Preparing model lessons, model lesson plans and their handouts.
10. Training the targeted teachers/ trainees in methodology, subject knowledge and other training packages specified for the project.
11. Building capacity of PED and partner in contents/ issues related to training curriculum, and working closely with PED to coordinate matters related to training, venue, contents, and delivery of training.
12. Collecting data on the trainings and impacts of the training.
13. Tracking and supporting the partner team on all the scheduling of all the trainings for CBE and teacher mentors.
14. Support the provincial education team Manager in any technical issues where they need his technical support.
15. Regularly visits the CBE classes whether the trainings contents are being implemented in the school/class/community environment to gauge the impact of the training delivered.
16. Perform any other project activity assigned by the provincial program Manager
17. The training packages targeted for delivery in the project are as follow.
a. Methodology (teaching methods) training for mentors and formal school teachers.
b. Positive Discipline Techniques
c. Child Rights Convention (CRC) and Child Rights
d. Child Focused Health Education (CFHE)
e. Teaching materials/Low cost no cost teaching material
EDUCATION:
University degree in Education planning & Management, Project TTC, Management, Business or Public Administration, or any other relevant field in social sciences. Master degree will be preferred.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
5 years’ experience with a Master Degree, 7 years’ experience with a Bachelor
Degree in Trainings as trainer or Master trainer, Academic supervision

LANGUAGES: Fluency in both written and spoken English, Dari and Pashto languages is a must.
GEOGRAPHY Based in the Provincial office of MAPWO in Maidan Wardak will need to travel to districts in Wardak Provinces as per need.
