Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and qualified individuals for the position of MBA Lecturer in the Business Administration Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality lectures and facilitating insightful discussions on various subjects related to the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program. This position requires excellent communication skills, a deep knowledge of the business field, and the ability to inspire and motivate students in their academic pursuits.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Prepare, develop, and deliver engaging lectures and seminars on various MBA subjects, such as strategic management, finance, marketing, human resources, operations, entrepreneurship, and business ethics.

- Deliver course content using various teaching methods, such as presentations, case studies, group assignments, and real-world examples, to enhance students' understanding and promote critical thinking.

- Facilitate class discussions and encourage active participation from students to foster a dynamic and inclusive learning environment.

- Provide guidance and support to students in their academic and professional development, including advising on course selections, career choices, and internships.

- Develop and update the curriculum in line with the latest industry trends and ensure its alignment with established learning outcomes.

- Design and deliver assessment tools, such as exams, projects, and presentations, to evaluate students' progress and provide timely feedback on their performance.

- Engage in continuous professional development activities, including attending workshops, conferences, and seminars, to enhance teaching skills and maintain subject expertise.

- Collaborate with colleagues within the department to enhance the overall quality of the MBA program and contribute to departmental initiatives, such as research projects, student recruitment, and program accreditation.

- Participate in faculty meetings, departmental committees, and other institutional activities as required.

Job Requirements

- Master in business administration, Economics, commerce, finance and banking, or a relevant discipline.

- 8 years post master experience and 2 international publications.

- Proven experience in teaching MBA courses or related subjects at the tertiary level.

- Strong command of theoretical and practical aspects of the business field, including familiarity with current research and industry practices.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students from diverse backgrounds.

- Demonstrated ability to effectively facilitate class discussions, promote critical thinking, and foster a collaborative learning environment.

- Proficiency in technology, including the use of learning management systems, multimedia tools, and online teaching platforms.

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.

- A passion for teaching and a commitment to student success, promoting ethical behavior, critical analysis, and lifelong learning.
