Duties & Responsibilities

• همکاری با مفتشین داخلی و خارجی در ارتباط به تفتیش امور مالی و حسابی
• پیشبرد بخش بودیجه اعم از درخواست تخصیصات به اساس پلان منظور شده و موافقه تخصیص برای امورات مصارفاتی اداره
• تهیه و ترتیب راپور مصارفاتی مالی مربوط به ریاست ساختمانی امور برق
• تطبیق بخش راپوردهی در MIS و نظارت از صحت ژورنال ها و درج کود های حسابی به اساس Chart of Account
• نظارت و هماهنګی با بخش خزاین از حسابات بانکی و تامین مطابقت های ماهوار به ارتباط تمام حسابات بانکی که شامل انتقال نقدیات و پیش پرداخت ها شود
• تطبیق پالیسی ها و پروسیجر های منسجم برای بخش های محاسبه مالی و حسابی
• پیروی از تمام مقررات و طرزالعمل های اداره در اجرای تمام وظایف بخش مربوطه

Job Requirements

• لیسانس در یکی از رشته های اداره و تجارت و یا اقتصاد امور مالی
• سه سال تجربه کاری مرتبط به بست
• آشنایی کامل با برنامه های کمپیوتر
• مهارت مکالمه شفاهی و تحریری عالی و طرز برخورد مناسب با مراجعین
• آشنایی کامل با سیستم منابع بشری دولتی
• توانایی تکلم با زبان های ملی
• حس مسوولیت پذیری و دقت کاری
• صداقت و حفظ محرمیت کاری
