Work closely with MFP and MFP assistant in order to:
• Ensure the application of MSF’s Health Policy to all the National Staff and their dependants.`
• Be available on weekends and night time for emergency and hospitalisation
• Participate in trainings, meetings or campaigns organized by MSF on request of the immediate supervisor
The person might be asked by his superiors, in special occasions, to carry out other tasks. It can happen that, in special occasions, the person needs to work outside the normal timetable and even on week ends or holidays.
1. Health Policy for MSF staff and dependants
ï‚§ Organise the MSF staff pharmacy
ï‚§ Organize the morning consultation
ï‚§ Follow the MSF protocols in treatment
ï‚§ Plan and organize vaccination campaigns for the staff
ï‚§ Provide the PEP kit and follow-up when needed
ï‚§ Organize the annual optical check up for the drivers
ï‚§ Assess health structures for referral of staff and their dependents
ï‚§ Refer the staff and their dependants to suitable specialist and health facilities if needed
ï‚§ Coordinate with Kabul coordination for referral cases from Khosy to Kabul
ï‚§ Follow-up hospitalised staff/dependants
ï‚§ Responsible for making and keeping medical files for all the staff and their dependants
ï‚§ Follow the medical expenses, bills and up-date the admin/fin and the supervisor
ï‚§ Approve all sick-leaves given
ï‚§ Liaise together with the administration and Finance in all issues related to National staff Health policy
ï‚§ Compile a monthly report
2. Other:
ï‚§ For emergency and hospitalisation: will be available on weekends and night time
ï‚§ Participate in trainings, meetings or campaigns organized by MSF on request of the immediate supervisor
ï‚§ On request perform any other additional duties given by the immediate supervisor in order to allow the organisation to function optimal.
Working hours 8:00am to 5:00pm including 1 hour break for lunch and prayer.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Medical Doctor Diploma
Good skills in Word and Excel
Previous work experience: One year
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Fluent in English and Pashto
Excellent written and oral skills
Flexibility.
Dynamic and takes responsabilities
Good sense of organisation of his work
Good reporting skills
Sense of responsability, adaptability and honesty
