Job Summary

Sales & Marketing Officer coordinates marketing and sales for ancillary healthcare organizations, including assisted living locations, skilled nursing facilities, and home health/hospice agencies. Prepares marketing plans for increasing patient acquisition and develops leads through contacts with community organizations, hospitals, and other referral sources. Being a Sales and Marketing Officer may be responsible for coordinating contract negotiations with hospitals and insurance companies. 

Duties & Responsibilities

• Making appointments to see existing and potential clients
• Presenting hospital and doctor to the customer for medical visit other potential clients
• Persuading clients to use PIA airline along with mentioned hospitals
• Providing an after-sales service
• Meeting sales targets
• Organizing or attending tour conferences
• Keeping records of sales and customers
• Reporting information back to head office about customer needs
• Finding contacts and arranging contracts with hospitals and clinics in Pakistan with specialist doctors Making appointments
• Coordinating and scheduling appointments with respective doctors and hospitals via their system and email
• Understanding and should be able to evaluate the hospitals that enables him to recommend the patients
• Should be able to understand patient medical conditions
• Should be able to travel to Pakistan as and when needed
• Should be able to travel to Afghanistan major provinces
• Should be able to get estimated treatment quotations and provide information for patients
• Should be able to make full medical package based on patient budget
• Should be able to understand medical condition of patient that enables him to convey the situation of patients to hospitals
• Should visit hospitals to find patients for treatment in Pakistan
• Persuading clients to use PIA airline along with mentioned hospitals
• Follow up of patients while they are in Pakistan
• Any other task given

Job Requirements

MD - a Pharmacist with some sales experience, BA in business administration and Certificate in medical or in related field

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
