Job Summary

Mentor will be responsible to perform its duties in kabul province and forequent travel to Logar and Wordak provinces in US-Military Radio Stations (RIAB,s)

Duties & Responsibilities

Responsible for the monitoring & evaluation of all Z & S Group of Companies activities in the targeted districts of Logar and Wordak provinces, This includes but is not limited to the monitoring of Radio staions activities.
Develop monitoring and evaluation formats for Radio stations activities
Collect and compile all relevant data from radio stations in Wordak and Logar Provinces.
Prepare monthly progress reports concerning Radio stations activities and additional timely periodic reports (monthly, quarterly, yearly) as determined by the Suppervisor.
Ensure the timely and systematic analysis of data gathered from the Z & S group, to identify trends, assess problems and determine corrective action
Assist the Z & S regional coordinator in additional various of Z & S Group tasks as required
foreqeunt travel to Logar and Wordak provinces in order to monitor all activities of radio stations and recomendations of sulotions for finding and issus.
Analyze of Audience/Listener feedback for relevant radio station and report to Z & S management team.

Job Requirements

Qualifications required

1. At least high school graduation require
2. Working experience in field of Media or Mentor/Audit
3. Fluency in Dari/Pashto and English languge skill
4. Excellent communication skill
5. Report writing skill in English, Dari and Pashtoo
