Job Summary

Technical Assistance Unit (TAU), Ministry of Economy (MOEC) of the Government of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan seeks to hire a qualified individual consultant to provide consultancy services to the Technical Assistance Unit (TAU), Afghanistan Reconstruction and Development Services.

Duties & Responsibilities

1- Responsible to pile administrative issues and prepare proper documentation.
2- Ability to liaise with the departments for the office related outgoing and incoming letters.
3- Responsible to carry official letters to the line ministries by the procurement department of ARDS.
4- Ability to be submitted with the receipt of the letter submission by the relevant ministry and report back to the line Procurement Liaison Officer.
5- Update the filling system and report to the line manager.
6- Coordinate with procurement department and to administer paperwork.
7- Communicate with advisors on need basis and be able to report regarding the outgoing letters.
8- Perform any other task as assigned by the HRD manager.

Job Requirements

The minimum level of education must be baccalaureate degree.

The candidate must have a full command in Pashto, Dari, and English languages.

At least one year relevant experience in administration, or liaison.
