Job Summary

Program Support:
- Provide comprehensive related briefings as needed
- Assist the SME Specialist in developing proper work plan, managing various initiatives, resolving conflicts and providing guidance
- Prepare and or review comprehensive progress, review and other reporting required by AICB and other stakeholders
- Any other related jobs assigned

Duties & Responsibilities

Job Requirements

Degree in management, business administration, economics, commerce or related fields
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in business development field
- Fluent in English
- Excellent writing skills in English is required
- Good computing (MS office, internet) and writing skills
Skills and personality:
- Familiar with Business Development Services and development approaches
- Excellent communication skills and able to convince people
- Able to manage large and complex programs
- Able to write good reports and proposals in English language
- Good understanding of Private sector development
- Highly committed, motivated, energetic, self-dependent and result oriented
- Having good team spirit and flexible
