Job Summary

Selected is hiring a Mining Industry Sales Representative Steel Grinding Balls.

Duties & Responsibilities

Market Research and Analysis:

• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and market trends in the mining industry in Afghanistan.
• Analyse competitors and market conditions to develop effective sales strategies.

2. Client Engagement:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in mining companies, processing plants, and related industries.
• Develop a deep understanding of clients' grinding needs and challenges.

3. Product Promotion:

• Promote and showcase our steel grinding balls through presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions.
• Highlight the unique features and benefits of our products to potential clients.

4. Sales and Revenue Generation:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

5. Technical Support:

• Provide technical assistance and support to clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring the proper use of our products.
• Collaborate with the technical team to address specific client requirements.

6. Market Expansion:

• Identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion within the mining sector.
• Explore new applications and industries where steel grinding balls can be utilised.

7. Reporting and Feedback:

• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Mining Engineering, Metallurgy, Business).
• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the mining industry, with a focus on grinding solutions and equipment.
• Strong technical understanding of ball mills, grinding processes, and steel grinding balls.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Afghanistan and possibly to other regions.
