Job Summary

The incumbent of the position is responsible to provide efficient customer service and support of E banking products including MasterCard, online banking, mobile banking and e-statements. Provide support to business customers and consumers both retail and corporate customers. Process, verify and reconcile the electronic banking transactions to ensure accuracy and adherence to policies, procedures and bank regulations.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in different phases of Oracle Banking Digital Experience implementations and other e-banking products and services of the bank.
  • Handle day-to-day operation work within the unit to ensure that operation procedures are implemented effectively.
  • Coordinate with IT department to resolve difficult situations and malfunction of ATMs/POS effectively analyzing the situation and identifying potential solutions and ensure high-level customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and authorize transactions from internet and mobile banking.
  • Coordinate with other related departments of the bank regarding technical maintenance of ATMs/POS.
  • Oversee daily operation of internet banking, mobile banking, ATMs and POS by ensuring compliance of with applicable regulations, policies, procedures and checklists.
  • Process MasterCard requests of customers, order cards and perform card maintenance.
  • Monitor and review card issuance volume reports.
  • Assist customers with password resets, pin generation and issuance for internet and mobile banking products as per bank policy and procedures.
  • Support Electronic Banking Manager/Alternate Delivery Channel Manager in other duties assigned.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree preferably in Business Administration from a reputed University.
  • Hands on experience of Branch Banking Operations, work experience with different core banking system including Oracle Flex cube is a benefit.
  • At least 3 years of ATM Operations, POS, Internet Banking, mobile Banking.



  • Having knowledge of various core banking systems, AML/CFT regulations and workflow management systems.
  • With keen sense in information technology development and IT business.
  • High-level proficiency in spoken and written English, good command of the predominant local languages – Dari and Pashto.
  • Good knowledge of process improvement methodology and business process management techniques. 
  • Sound knowledge of branch banking and back office operations.
