Job Summary

Setaragan Mutahed Trading, Logistics, and Financial Services Company is hiring a Money Gram Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact between Setaragan Mutahed, AUB (MoneyGram's main agent), the agent network, and other stakeholders.
• Communication & Collaboration: Facilitate smooth communication and information flow between all stakeholders.
• Compliance & Regulatory Oversight: Ensure all MoneyGram transactions and agent activities adhere to MoneyGram's regulations, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies, and DAB regulations.
• Reporting & Training: Generate reports on transactions of all the products at the agents' shops, agent performance, and compliance metrics. Train agents on MoneyGram procedures and ensure they understand compliance requirements.
• Data Management: Collect, analyze, and consolidate daily, weekly, and monthly reports activities and all product performance reports from agents for submission to relevant stakeholders.
• Agent Network Management:
• Supervise all agents to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality through coaching, guidance, and motivation.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback to improve agent skills and capabilities.
• Set and enforce standards to maintain high levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
• Address and resolve customer complaints.
• Conduct regular operational assessments and monitor agent transactions.
• Drive agent growth by promoting new customer acquisition and account retention.
• Adopt a positive and productive work environment for sub-agents.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Represent Setaragan Mutahed in stakeholder meetings to enhance visibility and explore new business opportunities.
• Additional Duties: Perform other tasks related to business management as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Proficiency in financial services and regulations, with a strong understanding of international money transfer operations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working with data and generating reports.
• Ability to travel within Kabul to meet with sub-agents on-site.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer literacy.
• Professional and innovative.
• Smooth and discipline.

·        Fluency in Pashto, Dari, and English (written and spoken).

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience (5 years preferred) in financial services, with a focus on banks and International money transfer operations.
• Proven experience working with MoneyGram or similar money transfer services.
• Experience working with commercial banks a strong plus.

Educational Background:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA), Economics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
