The incumbent plans, directs, and supervises a workforce of more than 85 Motor Pool personnel to coordinate the efficient operations and maintenance of more than 400 motor vehicles; provide service to American and LE Staff from 38 agencies subscribed to Motor Pool services; provide high-quality customer service in a 24 X 7 environment.

Education: Two years of college studies is required.
Experience: Three years of experience as a chauffeur, dispatcher or automotive maintenance and two years of supervisory experience in an office setting with logistical, administrative, and customer service experience is required.
Language: level III (Good working Knowledge) Speaking/Reading English and level IV (Fluent) Speaking/Reading Dari is required.
Knowledge: The incumbent should have the knowledge of safe driving practices and management techniques.
Abilities and Skills: The incumbent must be familiar with Microsoft Office; able to type; possess supervisory skills, have basic math skills in order to perform workload and statistical reports; possess a valid driver\'s license; and possess a basic understanding of vehicle maintenance.
