City Wall is Main Contractor to MTN-AF for Hiring Yello Point Agent in North Provinces for Afghanistan. 

City Wall is Looking for Yello Point Agent in Below Provinces in Different Quantity.


Province Based Target :

Kandahar = 36 Agents Hilmand = 12 Agents Urozgan = 3 Agents Zabul = 7 Agents

Badakhshan = 20 Agents Badghis = 10 Agents Baghlan = 33 Agents Balkh = 130 Agents

Farah = 7 Agents Faryab = 30 Agents Ghor = 12 Agents Herat = 120 Agents

Jawzjan = 17 Agents Kunduz = 28 Agents Nimroz = 13 Agents Samangan = 18 Agents

Sar-e-Pul = 12 Agents Takhar = 26 Agents

Duties & Responsibilities

Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries.

Acknowledge and resolving customer complaints.

Have full knowledge of MTNA P&S to be able to respond to customers regarding GSM and MoMo.

Process SIM Swap requests from customers to support team and following up till resolved.

Process SIM registration, contract change, owner change, PIN Code and PUK Code requests as per process and following up till done.

Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.

Communicate and coordinating with field team and support team as necessary.

Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Report any competition activity as observed in market such as new offers and marketing activities

Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Acquire new customers for GSM and MoMo and briefing them about all product and services.

Fill all required documents for GSM and MoMo new Acquisition for successful registration in a very appropriate manner as recommended by the regulator.

provide Services to customers including but are not limited to below:

Airtime sales (Voucher Card and EVD)

GSM New Acquisition

Bundle Selling

Bundle Subscription

MoMo New Acquisition

Training on MoMo Transaction and self service

Providing information about bundles and offers

.Device sales

SIM Swap request process

Owner change and Contract change requests

Damage voucher requests

Registering customer complaints about offers and bundles

Registering customer complaints about network issues

Customer Re-registration

Proper record keeping of all activities and transactions.

Handle customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

Take the extra mile to engage customers.

Generate sales leads.

Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication.

Job Requirements

High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent (Bachelors preferred).

Related field experience of at least one year dealing directly with customers.

Basic Computer knowledge (Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook).

Fluency in Languages: Pashtu, Dari & English.

Wall Company.


The official timing for All temp Staff providing the service throughout the term of this agreement shall be from 8:30 AM to 5:30 during summer and 8: 30AM to 4:30 during winter season and the working day will be from Sunday to Thursday the Friday and Satuerday will be off including all public holidays, the aforementioned official timing is subject to change in accordance with the instruction of MTN HR Division.
