افغان تیلی کام در 13 ستامبر سال 2005 میلادی به حیث یک شرکت مکمل مخابراتی عرض وجود نمود. شرکت افغان تیلی کام در بدو تأسیس به یگانه شرکت که خدمات موبائیل GSM/3G سلام ، خدمات فایبرنوری ، خدمات تلیفون های دیجیتال لیندار، خدمات انترنیت DSL ، خدمات انترنت وایکمس ، خدمات انترنت Dial Up و خدمات VCN را در سطح کشور تهیه میدارد مبدل ګردیده است. علاوه برین، افغان تیلی کام یگانه شرکت مخابراتی است که شبکه مخابراتی تمامی دوایر دولتی بشمول تمام وزارت خانه ها و سایر دفاتر دولتی را تهیه میدارد که شامل خدمات مخابرۀ صوتی، انترنت و سهولت ویدو کانفرانس برای این دوایر میباشد و فعالیت مخابراتی شرکت افغان تیلی کام نیز از جانب وزارت مخابرات دولت جمهوری اسلامی افغانستان تصویب گردیده است. افغان تیلی کام 155 شهر های کوچک و بزرگ و 34 ولایت کشور را تحت پوشش قرار داده و به زودی تمامی 355 ولسوالی های کشور را نیز تحت پوشش قرارخواهد داد.

Job Summary

The incumbent should have proper knowledge telecom and IN/ operations, he should have creative mind and should have ability to carrying out day-to-day and periodic operations to support the business requirements, having the ability to work under tough and short time situations (if needed sometimes), having experience of using multiple technologies under same platform, ability to sync, read, update, and delete data from single source to many databases and servers and provide proper timely & weekly reports to direct managers

Duties & Responsibilities

·      Check for all IN/ SIU, Web server OAM nodes and all other clients to ensure services

·      Detecting and troubleshooting Problems of IN/SIU, Web server OAM nodes and report to management with proper root cause of those problems.

·      Handling technical query and management requirement for IN/SUI, Webserver OAM and escalates different kinds to R&D for analyze & resolve the issue.

·      IN/SIU, Web server OAM software & hardware inspection and performed various upgrade and configuration.

·      New product creation in USSD, IVR, VC.

·      Preparing various report using reporting tool and SQL.

·      Uploading different Patch into IN/SIU system provided by vendor.

·      Supporting other NE for integration.

·      Regularly checking all the IN/SIU working properly or not.

·      Perform query, insert, update and delete in PL/SQL.

·      Manage database objects such as tables, indexes, constraints, and relationships.

·      Support data migration, transformation, and integration initiatives.

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies or related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3 year of experience working in similar positions.

Have good understanding of telecom Equipment’s.

Experience in DB, Oracle, Linux, charging system, and NGIN is required

Skills Required:

·      Minimum 3 years’ experience in relevant area

·      Minimum 1 years’ experience in Oracle DB and Linux is required

·      Should have knowledge on SS7 signaling (SIGTRAN, BICC.

·      knowledge in different programming languages like MML, XML.

·      Expertise of Core IN / SIU Network components, interfaces and diagram.

·      Understand Diameter protocol, SLP, M3UA,SCCP,CAPs, SIP, SS7,tcp,E1,Sigtran and Should be able to do analysis of the traces.

·      Strong knowledge on Oracle 11g/12c/19c databases.

·      3rd party Integration for IVR and USSD.

·      Good understanding telecom equipment.

·      Good Knowledge and hands-on-experience of SQL Oracle DB, SQL Queries and scripting.

·      Understanding of Oracle tools like SQL*Plus, SQL Developer.

·      Hands-on experience of Unix, Linux OS and scripting.
