Job Summary

Prepare reports for NOC shifts, perform system back-up and system logs emails and etc.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare NOC shift reports.
• Perform system back-up, system logs emails, etc.
• Monitor and report N/SMS prepaid stats.
• Check logs of events and endorsement and CDR hourly collection.
• Evaluate and review weekly outages.
• Report weekly operations complaints.
• Report daily network status.
• Report GY/GX performance.
• Observe GY/GX performance over MW and VSAT links.
• Call to international and local Operators.
• Troubleshoot Systems Health Check, Maintenance, Basic Systems Modification, and PP Server IP Configuration.  
• Assist with network modification implementation (i.e., CRQs).
• Coordinate with major and minor network issues.
• Issue endorsement & Reason for outages.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.
• CCNA, Advance Graphics, Microsoft Office, Windows Server, and Linux OS skills.
• Networking Skills.
• Good skills in Team working.
• Good moral character.
• Willing to work on shifts.
