Job Summary

• Staff management and coordination, including masons, etc.
• Liaison with local authorities;
• Ensure cross-program integration, learning, sharing and adoption of best practices from other ACTED regional programs;
• Manage technical survey, writes proposals and estimation for the proposed projects.
• Monitoring and evaluation of rehabilitation and construction work in related communities’ projects.
• Provide report to NSP district engineer on work program.
• Give technical advice to communities for achievment of projects.
• Make sure the Implementation of the projets according to the approved time table plan.
• Encourage the people to pay 10% share of the comunity
• Trains the CDC membres
• Controls of the volume of work with number of worker.
• Performs other duties requested by his/her supervisor

Job Requirements

B. Sc. in Civil Engineering, Road Engineering or Hydraulics Engineering (Master Degree is Preferable).
• At least three years of working experiences in the field (with NSP is preferable).
• Proficiency in MS Office and Auto Cad 2007, 2008, 2009 Versions.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and local languages.
• Strong communication skills.
