Job Summary

The NSS engineer will be responsible for setting up, integrating, and maintaining the circuit switch core networks of AWCC. He/she will do daily health checks of the system, troubleshoot any problems that arise, and should offer support for customers and clients.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform routine O&M (operation and maintenance) tasks on MSS & MGW and troubleshooting.
• MSS/MGW daily health checks analysis and reports.
• Follow up on NOC tickets and troubleshoot the NSS-related issues. 
• Monitoring and Handling the Network Alarms of all core network entities.
• Execution of work orders with appropriate procedures.
• Implementation of network changes through a proper change control system.
• Perform O&M support tasks on the MSS/MGW platforms.
• Creation and maintenance of SS7, Sigtran & SIP links.
• Participate in test and fault investigation activities of related nodes.

Job Requirements

• Must have a degree in Telecom Communication and Technology-related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
