Job Summary

The incumbent is responsible of Second Line Support function for NSS Configuration Management & NSS Corrective Maintenance support

Duties & Responsibilities

Organizational Leadership, Management, Development & Employee Motivation

Supports Ongoing O&M Development plans

Responsible for carrying out O&M services in accordance with Aftel policies and procedures

Responsible for O&M NSS Service Delivery SLAs/KPIs

Responsible for O&M NSS Reporting

Responsible for O&M NSS Budgeting & Control

Ensures NSS Tools availability and development

Ensures NSS processes and procedures are enforced, regularly reviewed and updated

Ensures 3rd Party Management SLA’s (where applicable)

Operational level interface to O&M in-scope subcontractors & 3rd parties

Operational management liaison contact for escalated NSS matters

The deliverables expected are:

Maintenance Management for NSS
- Network & Infrastructure Acceptance project rollout support
- Corrective maintenance
- Preventive maintenance
- Execution of Work orders to Change Management Procedures
- Spares Management & Accountability
- Consumables Management
- Tools Management
- Vehicles management
- FO Reporting

Job Requirements

Bachelor degree in. Electronic Engineering or Telecommunication

Minimum Three years GSM or Mobile Telecommunications management experience

Experience in managing a diverse technical team at management level
