Afghanistan Capacity Building for Results Facility (CBR), Multi Location
NTA Salary Analyst will be responsible to manage the database/Ms-Excel tracking sheet that captures all on-budget externally funded consultants’ information, including available information on the off-budget NTA staff. The NTA Salary Analyst will be required to keep updated records of all consultants funded by various donors and provide statistics as required to show the implementation ratio of NTA salary scale by various donors at both national and sub-national level.
To develop a simple database for off and on budget NTA Staff at both national and sub national level and ensure to maintain the database and trouble shoot as required.
Collect, compile and analyze data from various donors and government agencies and perform statistical analysis to provide accurate percentage of implementation of NTA Salary Scale.
Design and prepare standard reports and summaries for statistical analysis and planning purposes.
To record, store and compile all date received from various donors and government agencies related to implementation of NTA Salary Scale in a safe and secure disk.
Ensure the integrity and security of data related to NTA Salary Scale implementation by implementing entities.
Analyze and present data for better policy analysis and decision making purposes.
To provide ad hoc reports and summary list NTA staff at each government agency as requested by the NTA Coordinator.
To prepare different type of charts to show the number of NTA staff at various government agencies and donor funded projects.
Any other tasks as requested
Qualifications and Experience: The NTA Salary Analyst would have the following:
Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Accounting, Management or Economics
Minimum 3 years of experience in a position that requires analytical and statistical nature of output.
Key Competencies:
Strong knowledge and expertise in statistics & numerical analysis
Strong knowledge of developing a database/tracking sheet in Ms-Access/Ms-Excel
Have knowledge and expertise in Ms – Office Applications especially Ms-Office.
Fluent in English and official languages of Afghanistan
Strong knowledge of developing a database/tracking sheet in Ms-Access/Ms-Excel
