Afghan Bureau Collaboration Office is looking for an Office Assistant to join our Main office. In this role, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our office a positive, welcoming and productive environment. You’ll also get the chance to interact with all levels of staff and various customers and clients. An Office Assistant, is responsible for performing a range of clerical and administrative tasks to support daily operations in an office setting. An Office assistant is responsible to coordinating with the Program Coordinator to schedule appointments or update schedules. In order for you to be selected as a candidate, you will need the ability to write clearly and be proficient with word processing applications. A pleasing personality with strong communication skills is also highly valued.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1- An Office Assistant should be exceptional multitaskers, and since your responsible for coordinating other people’s schedules, you must be incredibly well organized.
2- An Office Assistant is responsible of managing filling system and record information as needed.
3- An Office Assistant is responsible of Updating paperwork, Maintaining bidding documents both in Hard and Soft.
4- An Office Assistant is responsible helping organize and maintain office common areas.
5- An Office Assistant is responsible for arranging events as necessary.
6- An Office Assistant is responsible to ensure that the office run smoothly.
7- An Office Assistant is responsible for creating and updating records and ensuring accuracy and validity information.
· Must have at least High School Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration.
· With High School Diploma 4Years Experience and with Bachelor Degree 2Years Experience as Office Assistant or related field is required.
· An Office Assistant must have ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.
· An Office Assistant must have media Management and Digital Content writing skill.
· An Office Assistant must have warm personality with strong communication skills.
· An Office Assistant must have ability to work under pressure and must be multitasker.
· An Office Assistant must have knowledge of Computer program MS Office, word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet
· An Office Assistant must be Excellent in English, Dari and Pashtoo both in written and speaking
