Job Summary

Office Assistant/Receptionist

Duties & Responsibilities

- Supervision of attendance and time sheets.
- Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to:
- Photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing;
- Assume front office duties, greet clients and refer them to appropriate staff members as needed,
- Take messages, type and process documents as required;
- Basic data entry, tracking and reporting of information as needed;
- Provide courier service for special errands as needed;
- Prepare and complete daily reports as needed;
- Provide oversight to the kitchen and cleaning staff, directing them as needed;
Additional duties as directed by the HR and Admin Department Manager and FIA Operations Director

Job Requirements

- High School Graduate
- Fluent in Engish, Dari and Pashtoo
- Good Communicational Skills
- Familiar with Ms Office
