Job Summary

This position will perform a wide range of duties, required in Call Center

Duties & Responsibilities

Responding to the calls received from the customers related to all AIB’s products & Services

Providing information about AIB’s services to the customers based on their request

Inform concerns departments about the customers complains/ inquiries and obtain feedback in returns, informing the same to the customers

Receiving emails from the customers and forward them to concerns departments

Providing feedback report from customer complains

Providing weekly operation report

Send customer statement based on their request to their registered email IDs

Monitoring ATMs after hours, in case of observing any issue should follow with ATM assistant manager

De-activating of any type of card in case of reporting lost or miss use by customers

Replying online chat portal through AIB Website

Job Requirements

Education: Graduated from high school

Specialized knowledge: Excellent communication skill

Skills: Good Computer skill

Abilities: Ability to communicate in English, Pashtu and Dari

Experience Two years of relevant Experience
