OXUS Afghanistan, Multi Location
The Operations Reporting Officer is responsible for the overall reporting to OXUS Afghanistan management and Donors.
The reporting Operations Officer is in charge of consolidating the following reports
On a Daily Basis:
- PAR and Delinquent Reports to be received from branches and consolidated
- Commitment report to be received from branches and consolidated
- Both report to be sent to all branches BOO and BM + all operation department + CEO and then stored properly on the server
- Update the daily Delinquency Follow-up Table
- Ensure the proper processing of SME Loans being sent to Head Office
On a Weekly basis
- Weekly Performance Consolidation
- Weekly Productivity Consolidation
- Consolidation to be sent back (cf daily reports) and saved on the server
- Reloan Report
- Update the weekly productivity Follow-up Table of the Operation Room
On a Monthly Basis
- Preliminary Report
- MPR Report
- ODN Report
- Figures to be entered into narrative report
- Performance Report consolidation
- Productivity Report consolidation
As per request from Operation Department
- Data extraction
- Data finding
- Any other reports being required by Operation Department management
Induction period
Perform PAR report and Delinquency Report consolidation with FO, Daily check of match between 2 reports. (2 weeks long)
Consolidation of figures for the monthly report of August in parallel with IT. Check of the matching between reports. Redo until match. (2 weeks long)
Start daily update of Commitment report. Daily crosscheck by COO (2 weeks long)
University Degree (any country) in Business, Management, BIT;
One year experience in the similar positions;
To be fluent, in reading, writing, and speaking of the local and English languages;
To be flexible, having positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure;
Strong written and oral communication skills
Advanced knowledge of (Microsoft Windows, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint)
- Strong computer skills including Word, Excel;
- Excellent communication and writing skills;
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills;
- Able to work independently and in a group, willing to take initiative, and energetic;
