Job Summary

The Assistant Office Coordinator is responsible for assisting Mazar Office Coordinator and others in the successful delivery of programs in Mazar regional center of the Professional Development Institute (hereafter “Institute”).

Duties & Responsibilities


The Assistant Mazar Office Coordinator works closely with Mazar Office Coordinator to insure successful delivery of Center and Institute programs;

The Assistant Mazar Office Coordinator provides clients with information on PDI programs and registers students for new courses in Mazar;

The Assistant Mazar Office Coordinator assists the quality and timely delivery of all Institute programs including the preparation of all teaching materials and program deliverables;

The Assistant Mazar Office Coordinator assists in conducting English placement tests and other PDI examinations;

The Assistant Mazar Coordinator assists Mazar Office Coordinator in the efficient and effective administration and marketing of the Institute;

Providing comprehensive information about PDI courses to visitors;

Prepare schedule of classes and conduct information session at schools and other organizations;

Ensuring the maintenance of proper filing system for the center;

The Assistant Mazar Office Coordinator assists with the preparation of progress and students’ registration reports under the supervision of Mazar Office Coordinator as required;

Response for any other duties as assigned by the Mazar Office Coordinator;

Job Requirements


The position requires the incumbent to reside in Afghanistan

Have at least Bachelor degree in English or business administration

Have at least three years of related work experience in an academic institution

English, Dari and Pashto language fluency

Manages with meticulous attention to detail

Excellent administrative skills

Excellent interpersonal skills

Superior written and oral communications skills
