Duties & Responsibilities

• Generate ideas for her program and has ability to produce.

• Discuss the topic with researcher(s)

• Conduct online research.

• Translating the content which is needed for social and political programs.

• good typing skill 

• produce and present the shows at a time.  

• Consult the questions with the guests of the show.

• Strong connection and ability to invite guests and broadcast a balanced panel.

• Suggest developments and creativities to her show(s).

• Present both pre-recorded and live programs.

• Do not have similar job with any competitive Radio.

• Available in urgent cases and to present other show(s) in the absence of fellow presenter(s)

• Write her scripts in coordination with the content of programs.

• Originate and develop program ideas; assist in forward planning of material for future programs.

• Provide briefings for reporters, short segments in other programs with good communication with 

Job Requirements

•  High school diploma required, University degree (Journalism, Language, Literature, political since, or other related field preferred)

•  A minimum of one-year relevant work experience in a reputable media company

• Good communication in Pashto

• Good understanding the English language

• Relevant work experience

• Excellent research skill

• Ability to conduct interviews and gather information.

• Excellent typing skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.

• Proficient with desktop publishing software.

• Responsibility and ability to work under pressure is required.
