Job Summary

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail oriented and motivated Product Manager who will be responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle. As a Product Manager, you’ll oversee the product life cycle for key features focused on security and scalability. You will explore new opportunities through market and customer research, translate those insights into a winning product roadmap, then work with UX and engineering to create user stories and deliver new capabilities that make our services successful.

• Responsible for the end-to-end product life cycle of the Naqdina. This includes: assisting in roadmap creation and communication, release planning, requirements gathering, functional specification all the way through to end user enablement and success

• Work very closely with development, QA, user experience, documentation and other product teams to execute the product strategy

• Own and drive feature delivery end-to-end: writing user stories, working with user experience to create prototypes for usability testing, working with development, technical publications, and quality assurance teams to deliver cost-effective, scalable and stable platform capabilities on time

• Manage the system backlog and work with all system functions on release and sprint planning, with prioritized features

• Lead the work of cross-functional teams to understand common system needs including priority and timing. Subsequently, coordinate and communicate delivery timing back across all teams

Job Requirements

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, MBA and technical disciplines preferred or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field

• 5+ years of product management experience.

• Demonstrated experience in gathering and transforming business requirements into a successful product strategy and roadmap.

• Strong organizational skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience in high-level business discussions.

• Proven ability to deliver on commitments.

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking skills.

• Demonstrated success defining and delivering excellent products

• Excellent teamwork skills and proven ability to influence cross-functional teams

• A passion for building great products

• Proven ability to excite and lead a development team

• Experience with Agile development methodologies
